Today I had planned to go be out and about, possibly walking to the store to get finals snacks, and perhaps a few more t shirts since I don't hae enough to get through the vacation at the end of term. I woke up around 8:30 (to the alarm, not on my own I assure you), decided that this was nonsense, and went back to sleep until about 10:15, which is still better than I've been doing.
Went out to the Lit office to see if my last essay was in. It wasn't. The professor has been emailed. The weather was downright chilly. I actually wore long sleeves. On my way back it started raining, so I skipped the other shopping things and settled in to do some hardcore math review. Argh. I only dozed off once, though, so I'm set for tonight. This time I really will undo my nocturnal habits! As for the math review, the material so far seems deceptively simple. I wonder if the book is lulling me into a false sense of confidence, or if the other book is just trying to scare me... probably a little bit of both.
Calculated the scores I need to get on my exams to get As. Turns out the exams for all of my classes are worth 50% of my grade, which is kind of freaky. I'm used to exams being just sort of an afterthought... It really bothers me that the exams aren't even graded by the professors. They are essays and they are graded by a completely outside board of people. So, I guess I just have to hope the graders agree with what my teachers said. Wonderful.
In other news, I need a nap.
